Black & white horror movies?

Do any of you know of any black and white horror movies made within the past 20-30 years?

The Call Of Cthulhu (2005) Made by the HP Lovecraft Historical Society to look like an old silent film but using modern technology to do it. Oustanding-I'm sure others here will agree with me.

Man Bites Dog is borderline Horror and Ed Wood is horror related.

I have wondered about The Mist in b@w,would taking the colour down on your tv do the same trick or have they done something to the movie to make it look like an old classic.?

On a side note, I watched a faulty copy of The Butterfly Effect a couple of years ago which was in Black and White. Much preferred it. Often I find the use of b&w to be somewhat unnecessary and a poor attempt to be artistic, but it definitely has its place (Ed Wood and Young Frankenstein are good examples).
