What do you think is needed to make a successful slasher movie and what do you would make?

One key ingredient is employing a readable font. The next is 'relentless pursuit' and constant menace lurking 'out of shot'. Iconic antagonist, springs to mind. Innovative dispatching of the pleb characters. Finally, what almost every movie needs; exquisite story telling.
