They are estimating that the storms have caused around $8 million worth of damages to the power companies alone. Most homes in the low-lying areas either got blown away or had their roofs blown off, some were submerged 3-4 days back when we had that huge torrential downpour for 4 hours, others had huge trees falling into them and smashing them into a pile of bricks. The rebuilding process is on. Will take about a week to get things normal I guess.
