Scariest theme song

I know there's scariest album, scariest scene in non-horror, and probably a others i've missed, but I don't think we have a thread for scariest theme song. Sometimes in my opinion the simplest notes can be the creepiest. Whether it be movie or tv show what are some of the scariest theme songs in your opinion. Even though there creepy tunes i love them just like the movie/show they belong too.

here's a few to get started.

Halloween(1978)
Tales from the Darkside
The Exorcist (1973)
Phantasm (1979)
Jaws (1975)

Poltergeist
Candyman
Interview with the Vampire

I'd probably label those as more 'haunting' than 'scary', but I think most of what makes a great horror theme is context anyway. If you listen to the theme from Carrie its pretty haunting in the context of the movie, but I can't imagine it having the same relevance or creating the same atmosphere for someone unfamiliar with the film. Likewise, if you strip back everything from Jaws (probably the scariest movie theme of all time) then you are left with a really simple, elegant melody which isnt all that scary.

Two or three notes in a minor key is usually enough to set the mood. A little bit of piano or harpsichord from the classical/ romantic era does it for me.
