looking for a movie from the 80's

in the movie there is one scene - in a slughterhouse dead meat come back to life and chasing people. in another scene there is a man with three noses.

does it ring any bells to you?

OMG...I thought he was goofing around...I sincerely didn't remember THAT scene (the cow carcass/charging bull) being in THAT movie...The 3 noses still don't seem familiar to me :p

I remember a cops partner going crazy then getting shot...and yeah later on he's able to be talked around as a zombie type guy?
Some big dudes in tanks in part of it...been years here too.
Is that what this is?

I preferred "I come in peace" aka "Dark Angel", even though that has nothing to do, with this.
