Between big chunks of the surprisingly heavy Absolute Sandman vol. 1, I've been reading a lot of Jack London shorts. My mom always wanted me to read London growing up and I resisted it. She may be happy to hear that I'm loving these stories - especially The 1,000 Dozen, Make Westing, and A Piece of Steak. London could really write. Sam |
