I don't even know what happened there, but since everyone keeps mentioning it, I'm gonna have a look...but if some small issue over a tourny was his problem, I'll use his words for me when I had an issue with one a little while ago "good riddance".
Not nice, but 'nor was it when he said it to me... Personally I couldn't give a shit if he stays or goes, leaving over something like that just seems hissyfit even for him, so I'm gonna assume he'll be back.

I didn't see anyone fighting at all...even the thread in question doesn't seem the likely catalyst event for a forum departure.
That and, there were several posts made after that happened. I say his cable/adsl fucked up, or maybe as others have done (myself included) he decided to blow the place off for a while...it's not like his primary life...

Pretty sure he fought my brute a few days ago. Maybe he just can't be bothered. I took a leave of absence for several months some about a year and a half ago.
