tempting - really - but things are so insane these days and BR became all-consuming for me last time. if i get all-consumed i'm going to get fired and end up living in a van down by the river (not a good place for a monkey).

You have a van? Well, what's the problem then? :p My work has been insane too, but I've decided it's more important to try to find a balance and enjoy life a little bit more. That and I'm a contractor, my contract is up again at the the end of this month and as of today, they still will not tell me if it's gonna get extended again or not, and my manager said he may or may not be able to tell me this week. Well, we're getting pretty damn close to the end of the month, so I'm just going to have to assume that it won't be and plan for that. Fuck them, I can still buy carrots, I don't need those MFers to dangle one in front of my face and expect me to dance for it.

Sorry, I needed to get that off my chest. Come on Zero, have fun and join in again. :)
