He's actually screaming at the DP/Cinematographer, not a PA or grip who wandered onto the set. He is almost as important in both the aestehtic of the film and the crew hierarchy, as the director.By what I am hearing, the guy does this all the time when he feels like the overall look of the shot (which is his responsibility) isn't right.
He really should wait til scene is finished and tell his boss/partner the director that he wasn't happy with it and do another take.
He actually kinda deserved that tirade.
Weird thing is, this guy has been a DP for 10 years and in the film biz for much longer.

Let me tell you about Shane Fucking Hurlbut.
Shane was such a fucking idiot, every interaction I had with this stupid motherfucker resulted in a face palm. He didn't know what he was doing, and he strutted around like he was king fucking shit of camera world.
We stopped shooting just after this happened and called wrap. Fair enough though. If I remember correctly we were shooting on the AF base, and Bale had been up since like 4 in the morning.
Funny side note: for every scene with Bale and Shane working together, the grips had to build a screen in between them so they couldn't see each other.

Wrap is done for the day. Which doesn't sound so bad, except that when you wrap halfway through the day, especially when you are working on a location like that, you end up costing production a LOOOOOOOT of money. Did Hurlbut interfere with production? Oh yeah. I'd call this particular mistake a $50,000 mistake. Aside from that,
T4 spoiler: Helena Bonham Carter's character has cancer in present day. She convinces Death Row inmate Marcus to volunteer for "Project Angel". He wakes up in the future as a terminator... cut to the end of the movie... Helena has turned herself into a terminator! She is controlling, or attempting to control parts of skynet, but not for the good of humanity.
At least thats how it was previously written. Apparently Helena's acting was so shitty they they have recently (as in, last week) cut out all of her scenes, re-filmed them without her, and now she is just a hologram.
Heres some bad T4 news. Apparently this movie blows at this point. The VFX look great, Bale and Worthington's acting is top notch, but theres just too much stuff they've tried to cram into the movie and so it doesn't flow very smoothly.

Grain of salt and all that....just saying for the sake of discussion. ;)

Excuse me, but what part of "Grain of salt" do you not understand? I know that Roderick writes movies...I "sort of know" the guy that posted this (meaning, I know he "works in the movie industry somewhere") and thought it would be fun to post. I didn't post his name or the board, because I don't think its necessary to bring him into it.
