Beef is just about my favourite,a traditional Sunday roast would be my preferred dish!

I don't eat red meat very often. Chicken is what I eat the most of.

Chicken, no question.

Also, I think Bacon should have been included, because it's sooooooooo much better and different to pork.

We rarely eat beef because of the occasional foot and mouth threat, and so all of our mince is usually Quorn.

Out of all those the only ones I eat are the fruit of the sea... And though there are many delicous fish out there, I would choose prawns or Lobster or mostly any crayfish over them... Particulary a Murray Cray... which is a fresh water Crayfish from Australia..

You mean, peking duck?
I'd usually go that with a spicier green like shallots/spring onion, maybe some very fine slices of ginger and orange cooked into the hoisin as a personal touch, but...cucumber eh?
I suppose it would counter the oil nicely...hm

You boys are making me salivate...

Or you can have duck with cherry sauce or a port wine gravy... Those two compliment the richness of duck quite nicely. Let it melt in your mouth...

Oh yes! I had some Peking duck not too long ago, and it wass reely reely good. (And it really, really was.) I think if I had to eat a bird, a duck'd probably be it. Not sure what my answer would be to the thread question, though.
