				Sergio Leone: Book Cover Artist?

Here's a question that's been dogging me for a long time. I have some Ace Books editions of Larry Maddock's Agent of T.E.R.R.A. novels and a few of them have listed as cover artist one Sergio Leone. True, they do (at least to me) bear a certain resemblance to the Dollar movie posters. But, is this THEE Sergio Leone that most of us know and love?

No, just an artist who's an avid fan and adopted his name. By all accounts, Leone never even storyboarded himself. Eating and cigars were his primary interests.

Thanks for the info. It's been on my mind for decades. Kind of a disappointment but that's the way it goes.:(
