AVG Or Norton

My Norton Anti-Virus has expired. Will AVG Free work just as good?

I use AVG.

I think it works just fine as protection for the computer at home. I don't have as many problems with it as I have with my Norton at work.

Because 2 anti virus programmes doesn't work well together. In fact they work against each other.

Besides, it reeeeeally slows down your computer. Especially Norton.

My moms friend came over, and I told him my computer was slow(he's the total hippie type LOl heavy-set,dopey,the hulk hogan hair but in a ponytail, totally into conspiracies). He showed me all the stuff to help my computer and he said NO WAY WE HAVE TO GET THIS NORTON OUT OF HERE, and he told me to use AVG it works 100 times betters, I don't know much about computers but I use AVG alot but I can't tell if it's done anything.
