is that a general overall happiness, or did you dodge a bullet and have a re-awakened love of life?

more the former ..

but i did go through a very heavy 'holy shit - i'm mortal and time's running out' reality check a while ago ...

so yeah - i pretty much have an extremely positive outlook on life these days - trying to make the moist of it. and you know what - it's not all that hard to do.

i dont walk around with blinders on or anything - i just see things a lot clearer these days - a very firm grasp on what my priorities are - what's important - what's not worth fretting about ..

i wish i'd woken up 20 years earlier - but better late than never !

"youth is wasted on the young" not just a old saying. I had a pretty rude awakening about 4 years ago when i hit a moose in my car. that clarity faded over time, but i get little slaps in the face all the time. :)

My silly egyptian is facing a family crisis right now in which his dad needs a liver transplant at the cost of 70,000$.They can afford to pay this but it wil put them in a financial fix for awhile and will have to face cut backs seeing that his immediate family will not be working in order to take care of his dad..leaving him to be the bread winner for them all. There is no animosity here because being an only son..he feels that this is his duty and em so proud of him for it..however.
He doesn't want me to be involved in the hardship they will be forced to endure
so is sending me back to NZ ..whether I want to go or not.
Em not sure what em hating right now but i know its something real big. :(

Nah. Next week I'm going Paintballing, Thorpe Park and Alton Towers (Those being 2 being theme parks). It's part of my schools activity week. Not only that, but I've got two holidays this year. A week in Tenerife and a week diving in the Red sea. The former in early August and the latter in Late september. Not only that.

I want next week, then late july when school ends, early August and Late september all now!

I know I sound like a spoilt brat, and waiting makes it all the sweeter. Still...!

NYYYYEEEEEERRRRR!!!!!!!
