Classic horror is my favorite.

I love any quality and alot of terrible horror films. I grew up watching such classics as ATTACK OF THE MUSHROOM PEOPLE,ATTACK OF THE KILLER SHREWS and too many to mention. I love KISS. I know many people will bash me and them. Status quo. I just watched DIARY OF THE DEAD and was bored. The new INDIANA JONES was wildly uneven. IRONMAN was great. I look forward to many fun conversations.

Well, you directed my fave horror film, The Bride of Frankenstein, so we're coool. I do hate Kiss, but it's not status quo, I just don't like their music. I do like Status Quo, though.

Welcome to HDC- post often.

Have you ever seen the film about JAMES WHALE?

It's called GODS AND MONSTERS; I can'y say enough great things about this film. It's about how a stroke caused the openly gay director to have a confusing sense of reality; it recreates scenes from THE BRIDE OF FRANKENSTEIN as well as behind the scenes events. It's a film all of lovers of classic horror need to see. Sad and thought provoking, it's an absolute must see. The film is based on a classic book called THE FATHER OF FRANKENSTEIN.

I found Iron Man to be fun but shallow and had just as much fun with Indy. I liked Diary of the Dead a lot though, haven't seen it at home yet but at the theater it was a blast. Welcome aboard.

I thoroughly enjoyed "Gods and Monsters", but the end just got too weird and uncomfortable for me.

And yes, Brendan Frasier was good in the movie.

Welcome aboard, from one newbie to another!!!

Anyone who mentions Killer Shrews in their welcome thread is OK by me. Stick around!

(and while I'm here - welcome to you, too, Berzin!)
