CHALLENGE #8 OF HDC BATTLE ROYALE


I welcome all 5 groups - The All-Star Zombies, The Stealthy Reapers, The Immortal Vampires, The Raging Werewolves and The Blazing Demons - to your EIGHTH Battle Royale Challenge.

Since Demons are running 1 short, each leading HP holder of all other groups sits out this Challenge. That would be - Zombie Miss Macabre, Reaper Rayne, Vampire ChronoGrl & Werewolf Bloody Ribcut.


The rest of you are required to find me some rare pics...


01) A vinyl picture of Hank Williams Sr from the 40s.

02) A pic from DeathRace 2000, with Carradine and Stallone both in it.

03) A picture of Roddy Piper kicking butt in When Hell Comes To Frog Town.

04) A picture of merry-making from 2000 Maniacs.

05) Any gorific picture from one of Fulci's western flicks. (with the name)

06) A picture of Freddy's glove in Evil Dead II.

07) The climactic scene of Angel Heart.

08) A pic of the satanic nun from Satanico Pandemonium (the original).

09) A pic of an Alien's skull in the showcase from Predator 2.

10) Any picture with Karloff, Price and Lorre together.

There are 200 points up for grabs in the above challenge.

The deadline for sending your entries ends on Wednesday, 16th April at Noon EST.

You may either send me your entries via PMs, or you may email me at [email protected], mentioning your HDC Nick in the Subject alongwith the Challenge number, for e.g., "__V__ - HDC Battle Royale Challenge #8 Answers."

You can confer with the other members of your new groups about the answers, but EACH CONTESTANT IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT THEIR OWN ENTRIES.


The group which scores the maximum points wins. In case of a tie, whichever group scored their points first WILL win. The Losing group(s) will face the penalty.


Also, ONLY THE FIRST ENTRY (per contestant) WILL BE OFFICIALLY COUNTED, and any subsequent ones will be scratched!

Umm, V...I hate to tell you this, but...Hank Williams SR. has nothing to do with horror...And DeathRace and 'Frog Town' are both technically Action/Sci-Fi...So...I'm afraid I'm gonna have to deduct 3 points from your score...It's okay though, you may be able to make those up in the next challenge...Sorry about that
