It's not similar at all...

1) Your team member was your team member from the beginning of the game, knew he was a team member, and had contributed to your team

2) Your team member had the answers given to him

3) Your team member signed in before the deadline, made a post, yet did not send in the answers provided to him

In this case...The missing person (who is NOT on MY team, Miss Smartypants...Or Dustin's either, if that was your second guess...In fact, (hold on to your hat), he's on YOUR team...Again) :p :

1) Does not know what team he's on

2) Has not received any answers

3) Has not signed in to the forum in 4 days

4) Has not contributed to or even participated in ANYTHING involving this team yet, as he was given to them in his absence...Therefore, the team should not be held responsible for him.

It's not personal...Has nothing to do with me...It's just about fairness.
