I'm not really grossed out by gore generally...
I found a scene in the movie "interview" in which some bitch cut off a guys legs at the ankle one by one with razorwire, after putting acupuncture needles into his open eyes kinda hard to watch....

Hey Jay...here's a fucked up question...if you hadda pick (yeah yeah, lets say at gunpoint or some shit) what would you rather have to do, fuck your father in the ass, or let him do it to you?

Island Of Death (1975)

"Island of Death" from 1975 is about a loving couple visiting a Greek island for a winter break.

They are sick, sick, sick!!!... which makes it an entertaining film! The couple enjoys torturing people in many different ways. This certainly has the feel of a typical, low-budget, 70's horror flick.

You will not be terrified and I don't remember there being very much gore. However, I think it's what happens in many of the scenes that will shock a person until they are "grossed out!" The ending was cool... strange, but cool.
