Haphazard wisdom teeth

Wisdom teeth are special set of teeth within the oral cavity. They appear when a person is between the ages of 17 and 21. Third molar is the medical terminology for wisdom tooth in dentistry.

The wisdom tooth is situated at the back of the mouth. But sometimes the wisdom tooth does not erupt in their normal course as a result the tooth erupts in a haphazard position in the dentition.

This condition is termed as Impacted wisdom tooth. The main reason for this condition is the insufficient space in the oral cavity. Thus the growth of the tooth is checked and it may affect the adjacent tooth also.

Impacted tooth can get cavities. This can lead to tooth movement, decay as well as to the initiation of periodontal (gum) diseases. If this is not treated then the infection will transfer to the throat or into the neck. Rarely does impacted tooth cause cyst or growth within the jaw. These are the most common symptoms or sign of impacted tooth.

• Swelling of the jaw.
• Pain and tenderness around the gum.
• Presence of red or swollen gums around the impacted tooth.
• Experience of jaw pain.
• Bad breath.
• Unpleasant taste in the mouth.
• Pain experienced while chewing or biting.
• Prolonged headache.

Lemme ask you this.
I rember when my now wife had her wisom teeth removed a coupla years ago. They gave her some painkillers that made her sleep 15 hours straight.
What was that?
While she was asleep I painted her face like Gene Simmons with blush and lipstick.
I also stuck her hand in warm water and pee'd on her. It was funny but I ended up sleeping on the floor that night. Cause I didnt know how to change the bed and I damn sure wasnt going to sleep in it with piss all over it.

Oh yeah. By the way. Say I go have wisdom teeth removed. Does the tooth fariy put in anything extra?

Do you know the tooth fariy? Thatd be cool if you did.

I'm a fluke. I am 24 and only one is slowly erupting, the rest are still under the gumline. They should all be out of my mouth by now.

Man, I loved getting my wisdom teeth out.
It barely hurt, and I was on a constant cycle of ice cream, painkillers, and movies for a whole weekend.

Mine probably aren't going to erupt for another few years.
