Just PM or email to the guy that posted all the different categories. Write in someones name for each one, and that's it.

Voting has officially opened today. I am keeping it open till the next weekend...or if requested, till the end of the month.

Depends on how many ballots I get till then. Plenty of time to think it over and send me your ballot. There's absolutely no rush.:)
