Barbara Shelley. Now this is a tough one here, because Caroline Munro is pretty awesome herself. But Barbara Shelley had that great moment in Dracula: Prince of Darkness where she's just turned into a campfire...I mean, a vampire, and she says "You don't need.....Charles." That's a great moment.
