are you joking you cant shoot in one take. and the guy came in the door and had to walk around the camera man
the punching has to be shot in a few takes to get it right ....watch some extra features on dvds they explan it some times .....or watch ROBERT RODREGEZ's EL MARIACHI he has a 8 or 10minute film school on the dvd on how to edit in the can

sorry man i just didn't want to pump you up and have you get a shitty grade at school

you could have the guy punch at the camera lense and then edit it together

Sorry, but using "classic" horror movie music thrown over any footage, no matter how many effects, doesn't make it a horror film. This looks like backyard wrestling in the kitchen played under a Pink Floyd light show. There is no suspense, urgency or shot selection to it. 2 guys hitting each other is more like an episode of 'Jackass'. Pace a scene out. Use intersting angles. Learn to cut a sequence. If you've been playing with the effects already, you know your way around NLE a bit already.

Horror film

I agree with the others above. If you want to life yourself above other 'Filmmakers' then try to be as original as possible. Learn about suspense and how to cut to get the maximum impact and most importantly - have a sh*t hot script. Doesnt matter how good your camera skills and editing skills are - a bad script will always make a bad film.

Good luck. :)
