				N64 Emulation

Sooo, just got the first NINTENDO64 emulator I've had that actually (100%) works for me....of course, it's been over a year since I last tried....however, this one works fine, and I was able to download pretty much all of the games I wanted, and then some. They run FINE, perfectly, in fact on my pc, faster than on the n64 unit itself, and for some crazy reason, they seem to look better...but I dunno, I was stoned, that mighta just been me. Thing is...I customized the controls to a standard ps2 style pc gamepad I had...then remembered this thing had like 2 sticks on it, analogue and digital. Now, I don't wanna be messing with anything but a controller, so I'm looking at options. So far I've come up with a guy on ebay that sells actual n64 controllers with an adapter that allows them to be recognised as pc stuff. That seems alright, but it's a relatively expensive option (not that I can complain, he's charging $30AUD for each ctrl/adapter combo, and I've just got all the games for free....right?) but yknow...I'll still look at alternatives. Anyone know of any gamepad cloning companies that make an n64 ctrl clone?

Sure don't, I use the XBOX 360 controller and map the c buttons to one of the analog sticks which leaves another analog stick and digital pad open for mapping as well as plenty of button options.

I d advise against it. Just get a normal PC gamepad and configure it according to a N64 controller. Compatibility issues and driver conflicts MAY cause some annoyance with clones, plus they dont come that cheap either.

I was thinking that clones may be of poor quality too though. So, I'm gonna try this guy on ebay to see if I can have some success by plugging in an actual n64 controller via adapter, which seems to be the best choice at this point I guess.
