As for the h6 stuff, yes, that was the franchise stuff but i researched john carpenters reason for michael. It was to do with his nanna who was like him and neglectful parents. He was as shocked as we were when he killed judith and that is why he never talks.

Bah. Don't judge a movie until you watch it, bottom line. You can say it probably will suck, or you think it will suck, but you can't say Zombie ruined it or that it's a bad movie yet.

thanks;) its not just halloween i love its horror movies in general....my parents and my sister just sit there and try to listen when i try to tell them about a certain aspect of TCM,halloween etc. kinda like your friends....and despare is right....we havent seen it yet but i just care for a great horror series and would hate to see us horror fans get tricked into another shit remake it would make me cry:( i always keep to my opinions...when i think something is right i push it...like i think that zombie is a shitty director:D

This is true,however the problem for me is that Halloween is almost perfection,which would be difficult to improve upon for any director let alone Mr Zombie whose Movies so far have been o.k but have not suggested he possesses the talent to improve one of the great horror movies.
