thats the other problem now.... the current max size is 2.4kb iirc even though some others custom avatars are 15kb. I went through most of my old avatars to see if I could convert them down. It was no good, they all looked skewed. So I had to go for a search for something already within the new size restrictions.

I quite like my new one, I'll probably keep it for a while. Would have been nice to have animated it though.
