a very good day
I just got good news and I have to share it! (especially since I've been hitting everyone's voice mail)
My manager called me to say a certain production company (no names until the ink dries:) ) wants to make my movie! The script is the coolest thing I've written - and I've written 23 features thus far - and I'm dying to see it brought to life. Very excited, trying to keep it cool, gonna get drunk:p

I just got the list of directors that are currently reading the script and I'm shitting my pants!!!! Some amazing people on the list whom I respect and not one of them is name Uwe!
I can't list 'em all, but one who is actually reading the script right now is Genndy Tartovsky. Don't know if you know him but he's an animator who created Samurai Jack, Dexter's Lab and the animated Clone Wars series. I honestly think he directs action better than anyone working in traditional live action film. If he were to chose my film as his first live-action...:D think good thoughts for me!
