Feedback doesnt really count for much, it's still a gamble. I just got ripped off by a guy with a huge feedback rating.

Well, I'm still pretty cautious...I give 'em a good look over, before I buy something from them...whatever the case, *I* try to do my best to make the customer as happy as possible. Usually I deal with horror/sci-fi fans. Whenever I can, I throw in little plastic spiders or glow in the dark toys, or sometimes even nicer goodies. Depends on the thing they're buying. I try to make the experience as fun and easy as possible.
