Yesterday me and my gf were in the village when this man was on the road and he got hit by a car going 50 miles per hour the all of a sudden he got up and walked off

I believe it could happen...not sure how fast 50mph is (we deal in kilometers here), but I know for a fact that one can walk away from being hit by a car relatively unscathed...not to mention, while in shock you could have broken your hand and not "feel" it for a while, also, sense takes leave.
I've seen some stupid shit happen with accidents.
