Why was everyone speaking so highly of this film? Ghosts are the main thing that scare me in horror films, and this movie had 0 scares. A couple creepy scenes, but that by no means makes it a great film. I'd give it a 3/10

Are you refering to the American Pulse, or the Asian Kairo (aka Pulse)?

there is an american remake being made of Kairo called Pulse to confuse things further ..
