Most people will disagree, but I think this is a very hard match. Final Destination was a great twist on the worn out slasher genre, easily one of my all-time favourite slashers. Phantom, however, is hands down one of the best silent movies ever, and includes Lon Cheney's best performance, IMO
I'll go with Phantom of the Opera, I guess, if not simply for it's huge contribution to the horror genre.
