old b movies

Does anyone remember what the name of the old black and white film was called that featured a scientist who had his wife's head in a box and was trying to kill other women to get a body for her head?
I thought it was an old vincent price movie but can't seem to locate it anywhere?

At least the spammers tend to get banned after one post. I think there should be new laws governing the "members" who only sign up to ask the name of a movie and disappear. Eventually HDC is going to run out of member names because of this. If not for us, then do it for future generations of actual horror fans that know the names of their movies ! Now !
