Probation would be alright, as long as it is unsuoervised probation. I wouldnt worry about it, i think it will turn out ok for you.

We wouldn't even get arrested here for a gram. I think its 1.5g you can get arrested for. But they would just take it and give you a warning.

A small amount of weed is hardly a crime in most bigger metropolitan areas (The cops there have actual crimes to prevent.) It's the suburbs and the small towns that the cops harrass kids over having a joint on them. I don't think you should even bother spending any money on a lawyer.
