Actually, this is not about that... :p

A few months ago, a girl from my high school (we weren't friends, she dropped out at 17 she's now 19...) was arrested for choking her two month old girl to death.

This happens everyday, the exact same thing. Baby is crying, parent is a retard. I seriously think you should be required to have a license to have a kid. On the test you could ask questions liike "What would you do if your baby is crying?" and for answer you could have choke it, hit it, throw it out the window, and none of the above. It's not even just these completely retarded parents to worry about, a lot of people shouldn't have kids.

What do you think? Should parenting require a license?

i always said people should be artificially sterile at birth and be granted the right to have hids after they prove they can take care of them, provide for them ..love them ..

unfortunately any fucking irresponsible criminal disgusting filth can have a kid ... at any age...

it makes me sick - stupid people having babies. That poor baby never had a chance.

That's not a bad idea.

I do say I'd prefer it if the people having kids were already married. Too many kids are gettin raised by single parents nowadays.
