he has the highest corroborated kill count for children. Albert Fish claimed to have maimed or killed over a hundred, but it is impossible to verify.
I recognized the subject when I saw it. i have a serial killer section of my site and did a ton of research over at the crime library. I looked for the most outlandish crimes, so of course a guy who raped and murdered 100 boys would stand out. Weird coincidence. interesting story though. oh yeah, the worst ever (with a great deal of evidence) was named Pedro Lopez (also at Crimelibrary). He is a columbian man who traveled up and down central and south america who raped and murdered over 300 girls (10 and under i think, not sure) Easily the fuck-up king.
