check in your programs ... it's simply called Paintshop Pro Plus..

otherwise you'd need hypersnap or some other program capable of doing screen captures

Make it so your desktop is showing........Press the Print screen button (On the top usually next to scroll lock)....Go into an image program (I use Photoshop), Create a new document, and simply press control V (paste)......You now have your image.....Resize if you wish, then save an upload your image.......
