Dead & Buried
I checked this out over the weekend and was really impressed with it. I thought it was quite well written a few twists and turns I didn't pick would happen.

I saw this film back in the 80's, I seem to remember liking it. Glad to hear it still holds up to modern viewers. I might just go buy the DVD

I've seen it in my local EZYDVD store...
I was slightly interested when I saw it was by the same lot that did Alien. Had no idea it was about the undead! I'm gonna go grab it, it's over here for only $10AUD, which is cheap as hell...I read the synopsis, sounds like tha shit!

i remember reading the book when it came out and i was impressed - written by Chealsea Quinn Yarbro (who also wrote Nomads)
I always wanted to see the movie but i havent seen it here in canada. looks like another job for Ebay ..

It's OK - notice the "hypo-in-the-eye" bit has finally been reinstated into the UK release among other death scenes after they were trimmed following the film's removal from the "nasties" list.
Nice ending.

That scene was particulary nasty! Its a pity about the 'video nasty' scare of the 80s a lot of real good movies were cut or banned never to see the light of day again, uptight fuckers.
