Feel his pain?
What moment in a horror film looked so bad that you had to wince and felt totally sorry for the guy/gal? I mean something that looked so real that you actually felt the characters pain.
For me it's in Mindripper. A guy gets his toenail ripped off and they don't hide it. It looks completely real. It hurts me just typing this. That, and crouch shots for me.

I would say though they didnt show it in its entirety, What about the woman on Bone Collector that was bound to the steam pipe with it pointed right in her face.
The anticipation of that alone 1st death, then to know that there are people that can help you if they can just hear you, 2nd death, then the steam.

IN any movie...When someone gets something stabbed into their ankle or achele's tendon, then it gets twisted around the bone...I can almost feel it...makes it difficult to walk...ouch...

Not horror, Lords Of Discipline when those guys nailed the black guys hmmmmmmm lets say Nether Regions to the wooden chair doused him in gas and lit him up. I couldnt believe they showed it, many copies of it out now, but very few of them actually show the nailing.

Not that these things are in movies, but a little hard to think about....
*guys, imagine either having presure slowly exerted upon your testicle....more and more, maybe with an adjustable wrench, just play it over in your mind...I swear, you'll start to feel it... or, having one of your balls up on a bench, to be smashed by a hammer, while you watch.....which of these would be worse, do ya think? *Ladies.....imagine a scalpel being dragged around the circumference of your breast, going in about 2/3 of a centimetre, all the way around, then have the wound grabbed roughly from the top, and torn down all the way...ripped off....does that work?
