We make pretty much all our own props for our haunt. The kids do a pretty good job. It's a lot cheaper and fun too. We have made a couple of zombies which look a lot like this picture.

My skills with prop-making totally suck. If you asked me to reproduce the head in that picture, you would have a paper bag stuffed with tissue and drawn all over with black marker.
