WEAVERFISH 2013

The new "Wrong Turn" reimagining? Potential side-quel? Who knows.
It was alright. Don't go in expecting the same kind of movie. It kind of feels like Deliverance meets Far Cry 5? Not much of a comparative gore factor to the rest, but perhaps a more fully realised and interesting back story. I'm gonna say 6.5/10...would have got a 7 if it was trying to be it's own film.

I mainly just watched it to see Chris Sarandon. Pretty sleazy little number based on the real life murder of Betty Jean Solomon. There are other versions i may check out.
