Well it could just be some sort of weird glare or lighting, it could be something the camera is picking up. I was at Universal Studios once and was taking a bunch of pictures at night and got a bunch of pictures of the archway leading from City walk into the park and in all of the pictures there were orbs everywhere in different positions in each picture. I found it very interesting. This is a really cool picture!
