Small bread roll with a slice of smoked ham, some 5 leaf mixed salad, some big mac sauce (they had limited edition 500 ml bottles here last week), a little bit of spicy soy, and some finely sliced ginger.

Going to have some tea or chai now.

Bison? Was this the first time you've had it?

No we go out of our way to find good meat. Im a huge fan of trying different stuff. We make most of our ground beef foods out of bison. This was my first time cooking a steak in a pan with garlic herb infused butter though. It was exquisite.

We do Elk, Boar, Ostrich, and once Kangaroo. We like to eat as many poor innocent animals as we can.
