Running man/Battle Royale hybrid rip-off? Looks quite ok for what it is though...I MAY see this one at theatres if I'm stuck for something to watch. http://www.apple.com/trailers/paramount/next/ Looks pretty good...funny, it's from the writer of minority report, and looks like more or less an alternative rewrite of it. Nic Cage's hair just looks...weird, but this looks like it could be a fun watch... Upon watching the trailer, it actually looks pretty cool, freaky and atmospheric with a not alltogether stupid storyline. Sure, supernatural and inprobable, but this actually looks a lot better than I'd have expected. Watched the Condmened one earlier today... Had Battle Royale thoughts straight away. Does look as though it will be a great action fest, plus Vinnie should add some madness to the film.
The Host is a good one too, effects are top notch and there's plenty of action with a decent story line and plot in between.

Hot Fuzz and Grindhouse are two of my most anticipated movies. I'm also looking forward to getting Hatchet and Behind the Mask on DVD. The Invisible, Spiderman 3, 28 Weeks Later, PotC3, Sin City 2, Mr. Brooks, Evan Almighty, Live Free Die Hard, 1408, 30 Days of Night (reading the book now), Beowulf, and countless others in 07'.
