Looks pretty good...funny, it's from the writer of minority report, and looks like more or less an alternative rewrite of it. Nic Cage's hair just looks...weird, but this looks like it could be a fun watch...

Man, the animation looks GREAT...and the storyline/jokes don't look half-bad either. I was thinking I may not see this one, but this trailers got me wanting to...again, the animation...so cool.

I saw the doll theme at the beggining, and thought this would be stupid as all fuck. Upon watching the trailer, it actually looks pretty cool, freaky and atmospheric with a not alltogether stupid storyline. Sure, supernatural and inprobable, but this actually looks a lot better than I'd have expected. Some great efffects going on here too...

Looks like a whacky kinda creature feature...big stalking type dino-like freak of evolution monsters. Looks jumpy, and fun. I'll be along for this one.

Watched the Condmened one earlier today... Had Battle Royale thoughts straight away. Does look as though it will be a great action fest, plus Vinnie should add some madness to the film.

The Host is a good one too, effects are top notch and there's plenty of action with a decent story line and plot in between.

I distinctly remeber pitching this EXACT story to somone at WWE Films about a year and a half ago. They wanted to option Battle Royale, but didn't know how to adapt it to an american sensibility. I told them to forget about optioning the rights, just rip it off with a bunch of death row inmates, and it's the hottest show on tv - even do an American Idol-like casting process where the public votes on who goes to the island

Looks brilliant!

The Condemned actually reminds me more of Series 7: The Contenders (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0251031/) instead of Battle Royale. Series 7 (which is an awesome movie by the way) has people who get randomly picked and have to kill each other off untill there is only one left on a reality tv show. The leading "contender" is even a pregnant lady. It's great. It came out around the same time as Battle Royale, though I think they were more ripping off of Survivor, which was popular then.

Hot Fuzz and Grindhouse are two of my most anticipated movies. I'm also looking forward to getting Hatchet and Behind the Mask on DVD. The Invisible, Spiderman 3, 28 Weeks Later, PotC3, Sin City 2, Mr. Brooks, Evan Almighty, Live Free Die Hard, 1408, 30 Days of Night (reading the book now), Beowulf, and countless others in 07'.
