Here I go again. Delving into a new (to me) franchise and I'm starting with the remake. At least I think it's the remake... It's all they have on Netflix and it's leaving soon so. Watching the remake first worked out with Fri13th (the first three I love way more than the remake), soo... *shrug* I've always been hesitant to watch these for some reason. Guess that ends tonight.
Stupid cliche characters doing stupid, predictable cliche things. The gore looked awful as the blood looked like it was added via CGI. The town was fucking sick in the head more so than Leatherface was by going after this girl, who was only a fucking BABY at the time of all this and was purely innocent of any happenings done by her family. The ending was... questionable? No one in their right mind would make the decisions that the characters did in this movie. Especially when the chick decided to stay on the place and look after her cousin. It was kind of cute in its own messed up manner but seriously... they're all just fucking nuts.
