You sound sad about it. Why can't you drink those things any more? (Most people laying off caffeine can generally drink those non-coffee coffee-like drinks they have...)

Wouldn't you think it a very sad day without coffee?
Yep,I have to eliminate all stimulant foods and drinks.
I am trying to get some sleep at night and that was one thing I had to do.


You should start a thread about detoxin from coffee-lol

Well, there are those grain-based drinks and substitutes that are totally caffeine-free...you can get them at the store or here's a website with some...I have quit coffee several times...(usually I drink it when working on difficult jobs)

Yeah, yeah, if you go to your local surpermarket and go to the coffee section, there is usually something on the shelves right next to the coffee, I forget the names of these things but they are clearly marked. Some people think they taste better than coffee, and they help you have that "hot bitter drink" experience in the morning that helps get some people ready for their day.
