No, it's a product of evolution. no one MADE AIDS.

it's spread is in a large part due to ignorance and apathy, and a HUGE part is simple irresponsibility. But, there are quite a few people who have it and are in no way responsible for it. Ryan White from indiana got it from a blood transfusion. he died because of someone elses ignorance.
