Fair Trade coffee all the way. You get great coffee, and you give back to the rainforests and coffee growers around the world.

Not to pricey either. I suggest: www.roasting.com Fair Trade coffee out of Salt Lake. Fabulous and no Mormon influence!

out of the 8 million flavors I have tried, I'm proud to say that isn't one of them.

You just need to get some good stuff. I started drinking it when I was about 12 or so, but then I'd mostly get the stuff that was more artifical flavor...the coffee didn't show thru that much, haha. I guess you learn to love it more as you get older. Got a Gloria Jeans around? If so go and get yourself and White Chocolate Mocha, they're so gewd.
Coffee is some of the best shit in the world...Me personally, If I was being "asked out", I'd rather be asked out for coffee than a beer anyday (although beer is good too)

Gonna have me a double mocha before bed. Some more of that instant stuff I keep laying around...but hey, it ain't bad.

I don't make coffee at home because I'm the only one at home that drinks it, I usually get mine from Sheetz or McDonalds.
I like to add French Vanilla, Irish Cream, or Amaretto creamers to mine with a touch Splenda.:)

Splenda??

Lucy, you got some splending to do!

the artificial sweetener

Haunted 01-19-2006 07:51 AM

Splenda isn't technically artificial, considering it's a derivative of sugar.

Another substitute for sugar would be stevia. It's a plant that's sweet by it's own nature. It's not related to the sugar cane at all. However, you have to be really careful with it. it's powerful.

Marroe, I agree with just about everything you just said.:) Spoken like a true coffee-lover, and I also started drinking java at a young age. I really really recommend that you get yourself a pound of fair trade coffee. I really think you'd like it. Very rich and very full bodied.:)
