Let's see what the Zone Outing has yielded...

FIRST MAJOR TWIST:

(Earlier in the day...)

As the Zombie Titans hunted down each other inside the Hunting Zone, the Blazing Hellspawns relaxed lazily inside their compound.

But, all of a sudden...!

The doors to BOTH compounds are thrown open and a group of men wearing hazard suits and gas masks, with BR badges on them, walk straight in, carrying SOMETHING in their hands. The Hellspawns are startled out of their wits as the men walk straight to the bunkers and leave their cases beside each bunker.

They then turn around, and walk out.

RESULTS OF THE FIRST HUNTING ZONE OUTING OF BR IV


The gates of the Hunting Zone are thrown open, and the Zombie Titans trudge back into their compound, looking tired but extremely satisfied. The Snipers pull their rifles back and put the safetys back on, unloading their bullets.

Let's see what the BR cameras have revealed, from earlier throughout the day...




The FIRST Battle Axe was swung and found it's target in.....HORRORZACK!!!




The SECOND Battle Axe was swung and found it's target in.....HORRORZACK!!!




The THIRD Battle Axe was swung and found it's target in.....HORRORZACK!!!




(that's THREE hacks on Horrorzack, which makes him CRITICAL)




The FOURTH Battle Axe was swung and found it's target in.....REALDEALBLUES!!!




The FIFTH Battle Axe was swung and found it's target in.....REALDEALBLUES!!!




(that's TWO hacks on Realdealblues, which makes him start BLEEDING)




The SIXTH Battle Axe was swung and found it's target in.....


HORRORZACK!!!




HORRORZACK IS DEAD!!!!!




The SEVENTH Battle Axe was swung and found it's target in.....HORRORZACK!!!

(who was already dead, so they hacked off an arm from his dead body)




The EIGHTH Battle Axe was swung and found it's target in.....HORRORZACK!!!

(who was already dead, so they hacked off one of his dead legs)




The NINTH Battle Axe was swung and found it's target in.....HORRORZACK!!!

(who was already dead, so they hacked through their chest and cut his dead body into two, spilling his guts out and blood spraying everywhere)




ALL Zombie Titans then stood around in a circle, around Horrorzack's hacked-to-pieces dead body, and looked at each other.
A silent nod was given to one of the team members, who leaned downwards and sliced off Horrorzack's head from his body in one swift, hard, strong swish, with a wickedly sharp RAZOR!!

MEANWHILE, IN THE HELLSPAWNS COMPOUND...


The girl in the Cenobite outfit looks coldly at the guy playing SplatterHouse on his handheld, and motions with her head towards another guy in one of the front bunkers, who is wearing a tee shirt with a puppy on it and is busy studying the case left beside his bunker.

The guy puts his handheld down, and slowly sneaks forward, taking something out from one of his pockets. He stops right behind the guy at the front, and in one swift, fluidic motion, a glint of shiny steel flashing through the night, slashes his neck!

DESPARE falls forward, clutching his neck desperately, his eyes widened by the sudden attack. Blood sprays out in torrents, drenching the floor in front of him, as he falls down. His eyes roll over as his body reels under spasms, the heart trying to will the brain to keep ticking futilely.

They all come forward and gather around him.

30 minutes of long, drawn-out spasms wreck Despare's body, before he falls silent.

DESPARE IS DEAD!!!!!


Despare, your team has killed you off for failing to turn up in the First Challenge. You are dead, and so out of BR IV.

The sealed cases left behind each bunker are opened, and apart from Despare's and Horrorzack's cases, the rest reveal contents inside.

Bonus Prize was 1 HP in both Challenges, and some of you won only 1 HP in Challenge #1 (when you scored 09/10), and others won 2 HPs for their 10/10 scores.

In Challenge #2, some of you won 2 HPs (for scoring 14/15), and others won 3 HPs (for their 15/15 scores).

Zombie Titan RealDealBlues was hacked twice in the First Hunt, so 2 HPs were used up in healing him back to HEALTHY status, and Blazing Hellspawn Alkytrio666 didn't win any HPs in Challenge #2.

As both teams fought through the Hunting Zone, the doors to the Blazing Hellspawns compound opened with loud thuds, and soldiers carrying wooden packs walked straight in!

The men walk straight to the bunkers, stand aside each one and check the names on them, and leave the wooden packs, one beside each bunker.

On all of them is a tag, inscribed "Do NOT open until Challenge #3 is over."

They then turn around, and walk out.

RESULTS OF THE SECOND HUNTING ZONE OUTING OF BR IV


The gates of the Hunting Zone are thrown open by the guards, and the Zombie Titans slowly trundle in, all of them perspiring heavily but having a sparkle in their eyes. Over in the watch towers, the BR Snipers pull their rifles back and put the safetys back on, unloading their bullets.

Let's see what the BR cameras have revealed, from earlier throughout the day...




ROSHIQ ran through eagerly into the Zone and swung the FIRST Kukri Machete, hacking straight through CHRONOGRL's stomach, cutting her wide open!!! He didn't stop there - he stabbed her through the wound and twisted the Machete around, to open her wound up.




The SECOND Kukri Machete was swung by DARA and hacked through.....CHRONOGRL again, this time on her back!!!




The THIRD Kukri Machete was swung by SENTINEL65 and hacked through.....CHRONOGRL for the 3rd time, targetting her right thigh!!!


(Here's where Chronogrl used up her 3 HPs which she had won in the 1st Challenge, to get back from BLEEDING to HEALTHY status again. She now had 3 HPs left with her, her 2nd Challenge winnings.)




The FOURTH Kukri Machete was swung by REALDEALBLUES and hacked through....CHRONOGRL for the 4th time, slicing through her shoulder!!!




The FIFTH Kukri Machete was swung by MICHAELMYERS and sweepingly hacked through.....CHRONOGRL, cutting right through her left hand!!! (5th attack!)




The SIXTH Kukri Machete was swung by NEWB and hacked through the side of.....CHRONOGRL's neck!!!




(CHRONOGRL used up her remaining 3 HPs, her 2nd Challenge winnings, to heal herself back from BLEEDING to HEALTHY status. She now had NO HPs left with her)




The SEVENTH Kukri Machete was swung by THE VILLAIN and hacked through.....CHRONOGRL yet again, slicing straight across her chest!!!

(No HPs left, Chronogrl was WOUNDED now.)




The EIGHTH Kukri Machete was swung by HAMMERFAN and hacked through.....CHRONOGRL's left thigh!!!

(No HPs left, Chronogrl started BLEEDING!)




The NINTH Kukri Machete was swung by DISEASE and hacked through.....ALKYTRIO666, cutting right across his chest!!!

(He had 3 HPs as his winnings from the 1st Challenge. 1 HP was used up to heal him back to HEALTHY status, so he's left with 2 HPs.)




ALL Zombie Titans then gathered together around Chronogrl, and watched her bleed profusely. Luckily, the Hunting Zone hooter started blaring and they all turned towards the gates, leaving the hiding Hellspawns to run up and gather the profusely BLEEDING Chronogrl and carry her back into the BR compound between their shoulders.

RESULTS OF THE SECOND HUNTING ZONE OUTING OF BR IV


The gates of the Hunting Zone are thrown open by the guards, and the Zombie Titans slowly trundle in, all of them perspiring heavily but having a sparkle in their eyes. Over in the watch towers, the BR Snipers pull their rifles back and put the safetys back on, unloading their bullets.

Let's see what the BR cameras have revealed, from earlier throughout the day...




ROSHIQ ran through eagerly into the Zone and swung the FIRST Kukri Machete, hacking straight through CHRONOGRL's stomach, cutting her wide open!!! He didn't stop there - he stabbed her through the wound and twisted the Machete around, to open her wound up.

FIRST ONE TO STRIKE. Why am I not surprised... :cool:


The NINTH Kukri Machete was swung by DISEASE and hacked through.....ALKYTRIO666, cutting right across his chest!!!

(He had 3 HPs as his winnings from the 1st Challenge. 1 HP was used up to heal him back to HEALTHY status, so he's left with 2 HPs.)

My my my... This might have saved my life.




ALL Zombie Titans then gathered together around Chronogrl, and watched her bleed profusely. Luckily, the Hunting Zone hooter started blaring and they all turned towards the gates, leaving the hiding Hellspawns to run up and gather the profusely BLEEDING Chronogrl and carry her back into the BR compound between their shoulders.

Question #3 was confusing for a lot of contestants. While I accepted some answers like "demolished farmhouse near Monongahela River, PA" (technically correct), "house was actually separate locations, in and around Zelionople, PA", the one which was outrightly rejected was "Monongahela River, PA".

Come on guys - it's a house, how can it be located ON a river? You all should have mentioned "(farm)house near the Monongahela River", or even "on the banks of the Monongahela River" for me to award full points.

SECOND MAJOR TWIST:

(Earlier in the day...)

As both teams fought through the Hunting Zone, the doors to the Blazing Hellspawns compound opened with loud thuds, and soldiers carrying wooden packs walked straight in!

The men walk straight to the bunkers, stand aside each one and check the names on them, and leave the wooden packs, one beside each bunker.

On all of them is a tag, inscribed "Do NOT open until Challenge #3 is over."

They then turn around, and walk out.
