If you guys remember...About a year and a half ago I was gonna buy this sweeeet hearse...Well...The guy said that I was an hour too late, he had already sold it to someone else...It was pretty upsetting because we ALL wanted it really bad...

Anyway, my friend Myke told me about this place in Cincinnati, only about 20 minutes from my house where he had bought his last 2 hearses...They have a HUGE inventory and the prices are unbelievably cheap!!!

So...We are going up there sometime this week to check things out...This is where it is:

http://cwcoach.com/

So...Now I gotta actually decide between a hearse or a limo...Either would work for us...I can't wait to go see what else they have...

Here are three that I am having trouble choosing between:

http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v69/BloodRayne/limo1.jpg
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v69/BloodRayne/limo.jpg

And who knows what else they actually have on the lot?!...I can't wait to find out...I may find something that I like even better than these three!

I imagine they'd both be a pain in the ass to drive. But think about this;
They both probably have around the same room in the back, but would you REALLY want to fuck somewhere that who knows how many corpses have been? Yeah, yeah, "lol corpses I love horror" et cetera, but realistically, it's pretty gross.

the first one is much sicker. thats funny too, ive always thought about how cool it would be to drive a hearse as your regular car.

yeah, it's cool to say "Yeah, I drive a hearse", but think about practicalities. It would be a pain in the ass to drive, and it would be gross to fuck in, which is really the only two uses cars have

No...No...No fucking...I need something big enough to haul the whole family around in...I had a full-sized station wagon that seated 9...The transmission went out...So, we can take 5 people in the car and 3 in the truck, which adds up to only 8 with TWO vehicles...That's lame...

An SUV or a Minivan holds 6-7 and uses a shitload of gas...BUT...A hearse or a limo can hold 9+, and uses the same amount of gas, and is just as easy/difficult to drive as a station wagon (which I cannot find around here to save my soul:mad: )...

Seems to me this would be the perfect alternative...And the rollout in the back of the hearse can hold a futon perfectly (Myke confirmed this), so that watching movies at the drive-in, with the rollout pulled outside at the back of the car, would kick ass!

He also told me it's great for traveling and camping...You can sleep right in the back:)

I'd go with a limo because its much easier to trick a person into getting into a limo.... can't kidnap somebody in a hearse.

Incidentally...We just returned from having Chinese...There were ten of us...We took THREE vehicles...Have you seen gas prices?...That was lame as HELL...We could have ALL gone in one hearse or limo...

As far as 'practicality' goes...These choices just make so much more sense...

I'd wait until a friend went on a vacation, I'd find out when they were coming home and I'd park my new hearse in their driveway so they think someone died and nobody called because they didn't want to ruin the vacation. Back in time for the funeral har har...

OK, I wouldn't do that. It would be a cruel way to show off your new car though. :D

OH!...And another benefit of having the hearse...

Imagine how easy it would be to haul band equipment around...as well as the BAND...

Just rollout the back...Load on ALL the equipment...Slide it back in...

Loading and unloading would be a breeze:cool:

How's THAT for 'practicality'?:)

And...Dustin plays death metal...so...yeah...

Just out of curiosity, maybe I missed it. Do you have your CDL? I *THINK* you need one to drive a limo (even if you're not carrying people) but not a hearse. Anyway, I've always liked old hearses, really cool looking pic there too.

Actually...Dustin has a CDL (but, he would have to renew it, he let it expire)...However...If you are a private owner, using it for personal use only (not commercial use), a CDL isn't necessary....My friend Kim has had his limo for 2 years now...He got it from this same place...He LOVES it:)

We should have SOMETHING within the next week or two...Depending on what we find, what we agree on, and how fast the transaction goes...

I'll definitely post pictures after we get it in the driveway to let you guys know what we ended up with :)

you'll notice that I made the practicality comment before we were given any information about how many people you have to drive around. And the comment was made solely about the hearse, since you can at least fuck in a limo.
But, again, this point was made before I knew about number of people or band equipment stuff

For the record...Usually when we go places altogether as a family, we have:

Me
Dustin
Seri
Alex
Ash
Jordan
Stupid Shane (Seri's boyfriend, who incidentally bitched about having to drive seperately and waste gas tonight)
Rich (Stupid Shane's brother)

And almost ALWAYS (as tonight) Nathan and John (friends)

I'd go with one of those Caddis. The rest didn't seem authentic. Also the Caddis had the best and more reasonable prices.

So...What we're gonna do is...Check out everything that's available (hearses AND limos) in our price range, that we like...Get inside it, drive it around...And make our choice based on which one runs the best, which one has the most room inside, and which will be easiest on our wallets (gas, maintenance, repairs, insurance, etcetera)...

I think that's the logical thing to do

Gotta remember that I'm a penny pincher:)

OH...And whatever it is...It HAS to be black....We've all agreed on that one point already...

I have a neighbor who has a hearse. He stuck a fake bloody hand in the back, and I'm pretty sure he put a casket in the back. It is so fucking sweet! He has my dream car (and now you do too)! But, I still have hopes of getting a 1958 Plymouth sometime in my future. Maybe I'll get both someday. Maybe.

It's a good thing you do your grocery shopping at night, because parking one of those bady boys be it a hearse or a limo is going to be a bitch. However, you gotta go to Wal Mart during the day, just once, just once to see the look on people's faces.

The mall we have to do in the daytime (well, before 9pm)...But, yeah...Everything else we pretty much get done at between 2am-5am...So, not that many people around to worry about...There's usually less than 10 cars in the entire parking lot when we go grocery shopping
