The 2005 Bram Stoker Awards honoring horror-related writing published or released in the year prior were presented by The Horror Writers Association last night in Burbank, CA.

Throughout the weekend, there were a number of informative workshops held, and several readings, one of the most popular and well-attended was Chuck Palahniuk reading from his newest novel, Haunted. Toastmaster David Morrell gave a two-hour workshop on the secrets of successful writing, and between the panels and the awards presentation, there was a mass book signing held at the Dark Delicacies Bookstore.
