Simon Boswell (pictured), the composer of Alejandro Jodorowsky's master "Psycho" reimagining (not officially, but...) SANTA SANGRE was on hand (if you'll pardon the pun) last night at the historic EGYPTIAN THEATER in Hollywood last night for a Q&A. He has some fascinating stories to tell about working with the delightfully demented director -- look for our transcript soon.
Tonight's show is EL TOPO and HOLY MOUNTAIN. Check them out, if you're in town. William Friedkin with be at the CINEMATHEQUE later on this month, and THE EGYPTIAN is also showing Polanski's THE TENANT. Lots of good stuff coming up, so stay tuned for updates.
